  • what a good idea!

    good job!

  • Where or what the motor / dynamo from :-)

  • Super!

  • Dlaczego silnik zwolnił kiedy podłączyłeś telefon? :-/

  • @Nimfatyk Odpal silnik w samochodzie i trzymaj obroty biegu jałowego (najlepiej rozgrzany niech będzie silnik) i włączając ogrzewanie tylnej szyby obserwuj wskazówkę obrotomierza. Już wiesz? Alternator stawia spory opór silnikowi przy włączonych odbiornikach elektr.

  • 5 za pomysł

    5 za wykonanie

    5 za skuteczność

    Świetna robota :)

  • That is the loundest zoom I've ever heard, lol

  • oil that zoom, jesus...

  • What an expensive way to charge a phone (at least initially)!

  • it's so f***ing cool, it even slows down a bit when he turns on the lcd to check the battery!

this is gonna be my next science fair project!

  • jak tam jako prądnica jest podlączony zwykly silniczek elektryczny a te urządzenie to silnik stirlinga niewiem czy dobze napisalem ale co do silniczka to jestem pewien

  • Dokładnie tak :)

  • wow that thing loaded down when it got going

    nice

    very nice

  • przepraszam ale nie jestem w temacie może mi ktoś powiedzieć co to za urządzenie wiem że wytwarza prąd elektryczny ale w jaki sposób

  • i think you could gear it up more and get more current...

  • hi anyone want to chat

    comment me back 1H

  • Gdzie Kupiłeś ten model??

jeżeli możesz to podaj adress lub telefon.

    Dzieki z góry.

  • RPM droped when mobile is connected, even i do not understand how can he charge phone without using any didodes, i know that DC motors are producing AC current

  • that DC motor is producing DC current actually, you do not need a diode here. you can experiment it yourself

  • Right, DC is DC no if ands or buts

  • lol dc motors are dc in put and out put and ac and ac in and out

  • nothing a couple diodes cant fix.

  • this is really amazing, a practical use for a stirling engine

  • Ahhh żebym tak miał tokarkę i trochę blachy aluminiowej... A jak wykonałeś prądnice, czy ją kupiłeś?

  • fake. no diodes...

  • Why would he need diodes for a brushed DC-engine? This is real.

    Well done, mazaq86!

  • hmm... ale cacko

  • Hi,

did you also measure the current to the phone?

Normal phone chargers are rated around 5 Watt.

But that would mean the little engine is VERY powerfull indeed. I expect it to be less than that, maybe 1 or 2 Watt.

    Richard.

  • pretty cool, i've never seen one of these under load before.

  • Bez żadnego prostownika od razu pod baterię??

  • Nie potrzeba prostownika, ponieważ prądnica wytwarza prąd stały.

  • @mazaq86 tzw. prąd "impulsowy", bez obaw może służyć do ładowania akumulatora :) ps. ile taki silnik kosztuje? i gdzie można go kupić?

  • Very clean!

  • cool

  • that's a loud zoom on the camera

  • It's sanyo camera ;)

  • is a generator just a motor in reverse? i no its something like that

  • yes.

  • Only certain motors can be made into generators. Those with permanent magnets. Others without (such as an automotive starter motor which have electromagnets) can't.

  • but a car's alternator can. you can find lots of cheap alternators at the junk yard.

  • An alternator can be turned into a motor? Again that would depend on the alt. It would have to have to have permanent magnets in it. All the alternators I've ever seen run on electromagnatisim. An electrical current is supplied to the rotor inside the alt. which sets up a magnetic field. As this magnetic field passes through the stator, it generates electricity.

  • sorry. i think i misunderstood. i thought you were talking about using an automotive starter motor as a generator and i was simply saying a car has a generator in it... the alternator. Now i'm not expert on these things, but im pretty sure that an atlernator isnt supplied to it, but only mechanical energy from the engine itself (via a belt) to turn the rotor which PRODUCES electricity.

  • err... typo. Electricity is not supplied to the alternator, but via a belt from the running engine, the rotor is turned which PRODUCES\GENERATES electricity.

  • An alternator uses a small amount of electricity, to create an electromagnetic field around the rotor. The belt turns the rotor so that the field passes through the wires in the stator. It produces much more current than what it uses. It also produces A/C voltage, which the diodes convert to D/C. I'm an ASE certified automotive tech, so you could call me an "expert" on it (I wouldn't lol). But then that's just the alts I've seen, there may be some out there with perm magnets on the rotor.

  • Yeah, your correct, most modern cars use induction as appose to perm magnets.

  • They all do as far as i know (Alternators that is, a D/C generator is different). But like i said, that's only the ones i know about. There might be some out there that use perm. mags. I'm not trying to dispute you, just saying that I've never seen one :-)

  • then you haven't looked.... there are permanent magnet alternators. just, they don't use them in the automotive field.

  • Where does one buy such a small generator?

  • Super, gratuluję.

  • nic a nic na żartach się nie znacie ehh

  • good job

  • great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you should market that....lol

  • He does!

  • podlacz odwrotnie kabelki wtedy minus zniknie

  • z minusem czy bez.. wtajemniczeni wiedzą że żadna różnica :)

  • tez racja ale silniczek wypas

  • Fantastic!

  • Zajebioza :]

Da sie zauważyć obciążenienie w chwili podłączenia pod telefon,

    ale projekt pierwsza klasa ;]
