I feel deep pity for those peopl there no doubt, I understand their pain that shreaks out thru their cries and shouts and wish they cud do something and the reasons for their actions will be out soon...
the problem is that he never issued the evacuation order, and when other nations offered help on aug 9th, he rejected it at first untill at like 12 th when it gets really serious, its not his fault it happened, but he's actions tells people that he doens't even wanna help them. You can say that tw ppl are mad at him so they say that...but even CNN and other news report say that too...so indeed he does have problems

一場敷衍人民的內閣改組,該下台的沒下台,該負責的也不用負責,還真的只是將人民呼哢兩下而已.
這本來就是馬英九以拖待變用來應付人民不滿的政治秀而已,又沒有真心想要改革,要是真的內閣改組,國民黨還真是沒有可用的蠢材能承擔大任.問題會更大!

1.歷史給人類的教訓,就是馬英九永遠不會肯去接受歷史的教訓.

這畫面不是在小林村而是同屬旗山溪(楠梓仙溪)在小林村下游.甲仙街區旁的攔河苑及親水公園.就是去年甲仙斷橋上游處的畫面
小林人逃都沒命了
那裡還會想到拍照
但當天最高的水位是超過那些為甲仙斷橋施工的機具.
去年卡玫基辛樂克時都沒事的牽手吊橋及斷橋後新建的便橋全都被堰塞湖給破壞
