I had the e74 too. I called the ppl up and told them about it and the lady sent me a box to send to get it repaired. she told me i had 3 days left on my warranty-lol so i didnt have to pay anything. so far its been 2 weeks and no xbox. it will prolly be 2 months. im going crazy without halo 3.

one word my friend .... COSTCO .... buy there and if it breaks down, take it back for a full refund, dont forget that on the ps3 online gaming is pants compared to the xbox live !!! so i went out and got my self a xbox elite which has come down in price !!! £246 he he he, now whos the dumbass !!!!

I don't know why, but a LOT of people are saying that they got the E74 error after they played GTA 4. The game might have a bit to do with it.

What it means is that there is a proublem with the UAV cable or the encoder chip in the box, Try useing another UAV cable.
