Without drug users, there are no drug traffickers, and vice versa. I have no sympathy whatsoever with anyone who deliberately smuggles drugs in countries which carry the death penalty for that offence, but I do have sympathy for drug users.

yes you can get this on dvd. it is a fantastic series, it portrays the thai prisons and authorities perfectly. Nicole Kidman at her best too. I dont agree with drug trafficking and the strict thai law on drug pushers. It obviously doesn't help as people still commit these crimes.

Because he has resolutely refused to write a confession and apologise to the Thai king, my gentle friend is not eligible for transfer back to the uk (8 years minimum to be served in Thai jail before transfer)This is his 8th year&as he says, would you confess to a crime you did'nt commit?I would say anything to get home, anything. He will not.

Bangkok Hilton has some really great scenes. Kidman is amazing, so is Hugo Weaving as her lawyer and Denholm Elliot as her father.

Without drug users, there are no drug traffickers, and vice versa. I have no sympathy whatsoever with anyone who deliberately smuggles drugs in countries which carry the death penalty for that offence, but I do have sympathy for drug users.
