happy Easter Mandy, You are very adorable..! I know what you mean about being less out going I thought I would be more out going when I lost weight but I seem to be more withdrawn..When I did my pscyh evaluation I told her I with draw during confict. So I was suppose to develop more/different coping skill, she didn't give me any advice on how.but I know what you mean. I wonder if being over weight gives you a sense of having more power or something?? It was great meeting you;)

I agree it took me a while to get back to youtube after my trip because of shame..lol But you know what I had fun and it only happens once a year, next time I'll know to pace myself when it comes to drinks...Lol Well dear, I'm glad you are feeling better about things and moving on. Take care
