Something told me to go to this version of this beautiful song and imagine my surprise finding my comment from a year ago. I thought I had it on the acapello version. Really happy Abbie now runs around like all the other little girls. I've had 2 more grandkids since last being in touch! 6 total !

I remember standing and singing this song with my corny white microphone with tears running down my face. I'm listening to this now and weeping again. Thank you phil for allowing my to re-live so many beautiful memories.

I had this album when it came out, but I can't find it on CD, and I can't even find this particular song on any compilation CD. I did find the acapella live version on CD, which is spectacular in its own right.

I think this version is really cool. A lot of people pass on the "You'll Never Walk Alone" album thinking it's one full of religious songs...but it isn't...it's one of the Lettermen's most beautiful lps!

I'm from the Hippie era of music, but was

still a Letterman fan. My godfather is a

folk singer. So I grew up with music in my

life. I hear these men sing this song and

truly can say they don't write songs like this anymore, people don't sing songs like this anymore. Every hip hop "artist" should listen to this music and see what music really is!
