omg, Was that guy hunting or shoot at you? I've been watching Svens vids for the last couple days. Just found y'all lol. This is great seeing it from another perspective. lol
the first part with the mud was priceless haha. I wish I had country here in the states where i live like that looks like a blast keep the videos coming. Cheers
Thanks to you and Sven I've put buying a Yamaha r6 and potentially killing myself at 16 off for a while =) so im going to buy a truck and a Ktm 450 or maybe a Yamaha and do trail rides like you guys it looks like alot of fun do you have any kind of preference to a kind of bike if so what should i get?
I can't decide whether it is comical or painful watching that poor guy bounce off the ground repeatedly....guys, hammer it up a bit and let that KTM suspension shine. I know it's hard to get used to, but if you go faster you will crash less. Just hurts more when you do...heh heh...good vid.
Oh man, that creek ride reminds me of some of the wild rides I would go on back in the day... I also liked the gun fire at the end of the video. I've been held at gun point twice by farmers for cutting through trails and paths... Glad you guys had fun, oh and good thing for the helmet at the end!
LOL!! That mud in the face was hilarious! I seriously watched that 3 times inna row before even continuing on with the rest of the vid. LOL Not even sure what was funnier, your reaction or Sven laughing like a crazy person LOL Im def gonna call someone an "absolute fawker" tho LOL
i'd say a 250cc would be a great bike and does pretty much anything, 450cc is nice for powering through stuff though, i haven't been offroading long enough to advise properly, hopefully someone else will comment what they think also :)
cool... the gulley you went up... is that the one where Sven posted a vid in which someone (maybe you) spent ages getting up that devil of a rock... Did look hard for the record... XD
I reckon, if you crossed a Ferari with a Tank and then put it on a diet youd get a KTM... Awesome bikes...
Thats awesome! The start had me rolling around in stitches!
It seems to me that you have a "let's do this and improve our skill" mentality while Sven has a "If I'm going to die, it might as well be here!" kind of thing.
Give us another VFR blog Dan! With some new sexy loud exhausts? :D
I like your vfr vlogs... When theyre not about splashback! I mean come on, you can at least think of a better topic than that. But I love anything VFR
Can you not import some cans? Leo Vince CF sound awesome!
what do you want from me, i'd spent the day with sven and alf, it was either rant about something or talk about the toilet :p
i am definately gonna start looking for some new cans, had been thinking about it for a while, they are such a part of the bike on the vfr the looks are almost as important as the sound though, recommendations ?
Ranting would've been preferable, haha. You could've done your best impression of a Sven rant.
I have an ex-colleague who has the same model VFR as you and has some really nice cans. I'll check with him what he has as they sound the dogs danglies!
Thanks for sharing.....it looks like loads of fun. I am thinking about trading up my 748 Ducati for an off road machine. Please keep sending these videos
have you tried it, i would think with your parkour experience of momentum and balance you'd be really good at the technical hill climbs and things like that, get one, i wanna see lj offroading :)
Believe me, I would love to! I am glad I stuck with the Ninja 250 for my first bike because of 1) better on the highway than a 250 dual sport, and 2) much shorter which has allowed me to build confidence as a rider.
But now that I've had the Ninja for just shy of 10,000 miles (in 5 months, mind you...), I'm learning that my next bike will have to be a dual sport. Have to be. Highways be d***ed. I'll take trails then! :-D
Awesome stuff Dan, i really enjoy these off roading videos lol, Show us your falls! lol The video doesnt show how steep stuff really is, i dont think some people relise the suface your on lol

Its nice to hear the Tum Tum Tum of the four strokes in low RPM overcoming the obstacles uphill in the mud.
Despite the scennery a bit different in my Country, the spirit is the same.
