Tiger Mask II came around when the original Tiger Mask joined UWF, and All Japan bought the rights to the character. The other two were brought about in New Japan(well, TM IV was technically introduced in Michinoku Pro).

Satoru Sayama still wrestles as variations of the character.

I read that King is a combination of Tiger Mask, and the Monk that the Nacho Libre comic was based on. You can totally tell though that he's a Japanese style wrestler, and not a pure Luchadore. King's story is based from the true story of that monk I mentioned ago though, which explains why he's Mexican and not Japanese according to the game.

Well, Sayama used it as a Feint, to psych out a guy before a dive. I've seen other Tiger Masks do it, along with Ultimo Dragon, Dragon Kid, and Rey Misterio Jr. I'm PRETTY sure Rey Misterio Jr. was the first to use it as an attack though.
