intersting take on the stroke, personally i would have gone into a full split save.... either way, the ball was kept out of the net so good job :) make sure that you try keep on your feet as much as possible, perhaps try some movement drills around cones? but besides that, good work :)

To be honest, that's not that impressive. For the saves where you landed on your butt, that was simply bad form. The stroke- how on earth did you end up like that? Don't do that. The save at the end of the clip was clumsy. Make your mind whether to stay up or dive, don't just sit down, because then you have no momentum to make another save.
