I've seen every episode multiple times and every time I re-watch them I find something new, maybe a joke or a reference, or even a clever sign or poster on a wall. This show was so perfectly layered and deep that not many people could appreciate it. I find it sad that they took this off and replaced it with the worst formulaic FOX sitcoms that they could find.

This show would have been absolutely amazing on HBO or Showtime, surprised they didn't pick it up after FOX killed it off.

Still waiting and hoping for the movie. From what I heard it is still gonna happen. If they play their cards right it could be a big success despite the show being off the the air for over 5 years. Just the fact that it will have Michael Cera will draw people who never even watched the show. They should probably give him a bigger part in the movie that in the show. Then maybe just maybe the show could get ressurected. It worked for Futurama, another show that was raped by Fox.

I think the episodes tied into eachother too much for casual viewers to keep up. That's why it's ratings went down so much. Also by the time season 3 rolled around, the show was more or less the same exact thing as before and it was getting boring...

Arrested Development and Curb are two different types of comedy. Arrested Development was all about staging elaborate, melodrama-esque plotlines of which elements are constantly recalled. I think it is partly due to Fox, but it's true that most people just didn't get it.
