@erroljarrett1974two Yeah, what we eat can have an effect on our emotions. Also when we feel an emotion of any sort such as anger or hatred we may then be drawn to consume certain foods. But people sort of train themselves to do it. For instance I know many women eat ice cream when they are sad. I never liked ice cream. lol
