Hornby Duchess of Hamilton pulling 6x coaches

I have had the duchess of gloucester since I was about 8 and it's a wonderful loco, I'm at uni at the moment and my dad is currently hiding it in the loft away from my little bro who's already broken it once before... My grandparent always bought me a new train for my birthday or christmas, mallard, GNER set, good times ;)

Layout looks great. Its amazing all the HO trains you fit into such a limited space. You should add a roundhouse or engine servicing station. Someplace where you can turn your trains around.

so shes dcc fitted what accelerration and deccecelration do u have it on

@jmsschooner - The values are only set to something like 5 or 10. They only come into play if you set the power setting quite high, so you get to see her do her short or long acceleration/decceleration.

nice but put clips on those points man, with them u can have a 20x20 ft layout and only need 2 power feeders

one for dc and the other for dcc

@jmsschooner - if power clips connect each loop to each loop then it won't work. At the moment it's possible to run a DCC train around loop 3 and a DC train around loop 2. If clips connected the two the controllers would short out and not work.

@jmsschooner - the layout is wired perfectly. That's all I can say. There's no need to take anything away or add anything to it. I have full and total control over every single loop and siding, and can run DC trains alongside DCC trains.

@jmsschooner - this is just a temporary layout. A proper layout is under construction in a larger room upstairs. Videos on that are coming up.
