I love Boosh, but I have to say I find The IT Crowd, Darkplace and man to man better. The only reason that the Boosh gets better press is that Noel Fielding is in it, and I bet loads of teenage girls watch it purley for that. Ayoade and Holness are by far funnier though!

I'm a big Boosh fan, and I love the vicar he plays in Darkplace as well. He delivers a couple of the funniest lines I've heard ... ever, anywhere.

I found Darkplace hilarious to start with, but the reason why it's not so famous is that it drags on at points, it doesn't keep the audience entertained with ongoing jokes, so that's why it's not particularly popular. Regardless I found it a great parody of 80s television. And all the darkplace fanatics, don't give me a hundred thumbs down for saying anything slightly critical about it, it's good, and I enjoyed it, but I can see why alot of people wouldn't

I love the way that all art is subjective, and nobody seems to mind saying that something is "shit" because they don't like it. I love Darkplace, and Man to Man, and the Boosh is great too, I don't like 'dinnerladies' though, but far be it from me to say it's shit. To be honest I think Boosh first series is heads above anything else they've ever done and is definitely as clever as Darkplace. Man to man was a little patchy, I felt, not sure if it was quite up to Darkplace standard. Good character acting though.
