Anyone that believes anything a cop "spokesperson" says about a drug bust is hopelessly naive. Take whatever they say and about their positive effect on the community and cut it by 99.999%-There's always going to somebody to step in. As for the value of the drugs confiscated, cut it by at least 75 to 90%. Lies work in the war on dru... Er, Uhhhhmmm, Make that the war on our own people.

Nah, the government needs to regulate all drugs so slime balls like these don't exist anymore. It's especially the hard drugs they need to control, since those are the most dangerous in many senses and most profitable for criminals.
Keep in mind: Regulation does not mean it is sold in stores, or handed out to just anyone.

I know I agree 100%. They should have harsh laws on all drugs. They destroy people and their families. Im just saying they should decriminalize marijuana. If you legalize it, there is no longer money in it for the cartels and dealers, taking the whole crime aspect of it out of the picture. They should regulate pot just like alcohol, over 21 etc. Although there is no way to test for being under the influence right then and there, they can tell when someones blistered outta their mind.

ha wow. this is indeed a small town. the only way they can charge them for the shrooms is if they were cultivating them or had them bagged individually. possession of magick mushrooms is not illegal in Florida. unless they were doing one of the two.if they were all in one container they can beat that charge at least.
