Well said. It's quite amazing how many people can speak very persuasively and well, yet cannot write well. I think they often just don't take the time to craft it carefully and miss the opportunity to make impact.

I think if you have a style you should stick with it. Don't edit it it out or try to be someone else. Authencity makes it easier!

Well put Tom. I would add that in addition to practising your writing and writing a lot, you also need to reflect on what you've written and look for ways to improve your writing skills.
