Lovely. We have a Motorola from the 60's- very mid mod. Has a new turntable though. I should post footage of it. As well as sounding warm, it is actually a great looking piece of Scandinavian- style furniture.
That sounds great! If the turntable doesn't work right, it's because the gunk in the works hardens up when it hasn't been used. If you have records you want to listen to, advertise on craigslist for someone who knows their stuff to come take a look at it and give you an estimate. It's an easy fix, they can do it right there.
