  • ive got a six pack and im 15 . my workout is 72 reps on spinning oblique machine , then modified sit up machine standing up 36 reps. then lastly decline crunches 36 reps, also running helps to burn off the fat layer too

  • Dude,you did a really good job by creating this channel,especially this video.It's like a life saver as i really could only do workouts at home since i don't have access to all those exc equipments.Just wanna ask,does weightlifting hinders your growth? Because i'm at my early twenties and my doc said that my body is still growing so it is better to wait for a couple more years until i start doing weighlifts and stuff.I would be glad to hear your own personal opinion about this.

    u should ,probably, change pressure from ur back to legs, which will remove ur back pain and increase ur abdominal pain. In other words, burn abs..;)

  • Good guide. I had a six pack when I was a bit younger (bout 15) I did the majority of these exercises at boxing...hard and long. did loadsssss lol. yeh you get quick fast results from these IF you have previous experience doing ab exercises (say couple of years prior?) as well as a moderatley low healthy bodyfat. give it 2 weeks you look great! IF YOU GIVE IT ALLLYOU GOT!

  • DUDE i am so glad i found your channel XD this workout i have been doing for a week and a half (every 2nd day) and already i am seeing massive results XD i am not going to do this workout daily cause it really dose kill your abs and i think it might be a bad thing nd could damage them in the end, however im no expert so would it be safe to do this work out every day? i also ad this into my workouts with the cardio to its so effective :D thanks for all the help :D

  • @EHCPTrooperkid Well, from what I know, bodybuilding tears your muscles apart, and need to rebuild, and it would ruin(Don't have the correct word xD) your muscles, if you kept on training the same muscles every day.

  • @TwoOhOneOne Oh man im just like you right now. Currently you can only see my upper 4 abs and practically nothing for my bottom 2! it's nothing to stress over. I'm not exactly sure but i think because those bottom 2 are usually where most fat deposits, it's the hardest. What i plan on doing is just keep doing workouts like these, eat right, and cardio like running, and i think they'll start coming in. Good luck!...to the both of us lol

But, i've been doing the (20 min Extreme Fat Burning Home Workout; How To Get Six Pack in 3 minutes workout; and No Equipment 6 Pack Abs Workout) Can i do them in the same day? What effect would it give? Would it be better if i do it on different days? And also, does tea increases the metabolic rate of our body in anyway? Thanks! :)

  • @Silverabbyss Ok firstly, Tea can increase your MR if it has caffeine in it but not all tea's does. As far as If these workouts are effective the way you do them. I would suggest get onto The Workout Club as there I will provide you with a monthly workout that WILL get you results using all my videos on this channel.

  • Hey man. I just started working out following the routines you put up on the net and there's a few question i wanna ask. Hope you'll reply this :)

    Alright firstly, i've been doing these 3 routines in a day for 2 days now and i just wanna know if it's more effective than normal or it's just the same or it might have negative effects on me. I'll paste the links below.

  • I disagree, Carvell. The LEG RAISE produces stress on your back. That is not good. When I start this exercise, I will perform an ALL-BODY CRUNCH which is a REVERSE CRUNCH with an ordinary CRUNCH. Sorry about the disagreement.

  • @Mario98ism Np, we can all have our own opinions :) But most ab exercises that put's stress on your back mainly does so becuase your abs are not strong enought. If you abs are strong enought then straight les raises is a very good exercises. And I wanted to add a lower, upper and side exercise X2 instead of combination exercises like the double crunch ( All Body Crunch as you call it ). But do what works for you :)

  • @xXGimperFishXx Doing this workout honestly aint going to do crap UNTIL you burn away your belly fat. The way abdominals work is completely different to every other muscle, biceps will appear ripped will hard wok and training, the abs hoever no matter how mard you train them (although u will burn a some cm aorund the waist) will NOT show until you have no/low belly fat.

    But if you have little belly fat then yeah id guess a few months or more...

    It all depends is your eating correctly.

  • @DjAziz042 Weight Vest is good, especially when doing stuff like sprints or jumps. Weighted vests to me is a bit like dumbbells, yes some are better than others but it really is just about adding some extra weight so as long as it does that then it is doing what it is suppose to do. So to go and spend a lot of money on FANCY vests is really a waste of money. Get one that fits nice and tight and you should be ok!

  • @Tubiso This is a good workout to mix in with other ab workouts where you already doing weighted lower reps exercises.
