Two things drag down the credibility of all this. (1) Why would he agree to be filmed - not knowing for certain the filmmakers will actually present the video with the light being set to a level at which his face cannot be identified. Actually, why would he even be filmed at all? Its an unnecessary risk. (2) The music that is added to instill fear in the viewer.

As i'm watching this i have my doubts that this is the real Victor/Mr.X. According to this it was shot in 2008, the same year X died mysteriously. I saw another interview from 2 years earlier from Project Camelot & X seemed a lot different than this. Plus whats up with the location here...a meeting in a vehicle in the middle of nowhere? Regarding Victor.
I think there are 2 possible ways how he came up with his story.
1st. He was working on Area 51, was somekind of Security, or doctor or whatever and had nothing to do with aliens, decided to make some money and with all that knowledge that we have on web, or just on youtube, you can really make up a story.

As i'm watching this i have my doubts that this is the real Victor/Mr.X. According to this it was shot in 2008, the same year X died mysteriously. I saw another interview from 2 years earlier from Project Camelot & X seemed a lot different than this. Plus whats up with the location here...a meeting in a vehicle in the middle of nowhere? I say this is a hoax & not the real Victor/Mr.X. But whoever did it done their research & knew a lot about the topic. HOAX...FAKE..

In the end, i have a fieling that countries like Japan or Chine or Russia have much more advanced technologies then USA, and the most important thing is that countries like Japan give a higher priority to believes and morals then USA.

I think there are 2 possible ways how he came up with his story.
1st. He was working on Area 51, was somekind of Security, or doctor or whatever and had nothing to do with aliens, decided to make some money and with all that knowledge that we have on web, or just on youtube, you can really make up a story.

Actually no I've changed my mind. Victor is Jeff Broadstreet. The interviewer in the original tape is Jeff Broadstreet, and in a video you can find here on youtube, Victor's voice sped up sounds exactly the same as the inerviewer's. The whole Bob Dean tie thing is just smoke - why would they make such an obvious mistake? It proves nothing. Mystery solved.

@polskie90 Yeah I changed my mind. It's Jeff Broadstreet, the director and interviewer. You can tell when you speed Victor's voice up - which is somewhere here on youtube. I still think Bob Dean is involved somehow - hence the whole "tie" ruse.

I personally think the whole thing is a waste of time and shouldn't give the guy any attention but if it would help people sleep better at night i'm very sure that Jeff Broadstreet has every answer to this equation considering he orchestrated the whole documentary and i'm sure him and Bob Lazar both created Victor together. i thought the alien looked real but i could not see why it was believed to be in distress other than the narrator. Also the alien never moved its limbs in any way. Maybe is was strapped down. It would have to be. Why are vulnerable aliens always naked. ? And they don't blink. Their eyes would have to deal with dust or unexpected things in the face so i believe it would have to evolve eyelids

@xXDeathmetalXx913 i get that sense too. it wouldn't be that difficult to fake this with what little is known about victor. essentially nothing. his voice unmasked sounds very little like the original even 11 years later. i think bob lazar is the original victor personally. i think that at the root of this whole situation bob lazar was let down and called a hoaxer. i think it's very possible he created victor so he would seem more credible. but if that's the case. victor is a hoax though.

3 things......1st, "Victor" is using a back scratcher because he doesn't want his hands to be seeing, i think. 2nd, he has a heavy breathing because if u notice, he is wearing a mask, pay very close attention and you will tell. 3rd, a picture was shown of him because as i said, it's a mask that he is wearing, so it wouldn't actually affect himself.

OMG he is waiving a back scratch-er. Or is that his prosthetic arm? Maybe the aliens cut off his real arm because he stole the video and went public.
