Any tips on how to practice picking technique - I cant tell from this whether you anchor or not; there just seems to be so little wasted movement in your hand. Do you pick from the wrist or just with your finger/ thumb?

It's a Charvel bro. I think a Charvel Model A with the quilt-top finish. Yeah Model A has the Humbucker and two Single Coils. They have killer tone and awsome feel to the neck. Charvels are good because they're AMERICAN MADE. Like my Kramer.
