so how exactly do you make the frame for the mold? do you like use pepakura and then cut the blueprint in half or something?

@kurosaiki He makes the mould out of plastic and fills the inside with layers of Fibreglass while hardening them with Polyuerithane (Hope I spelled that right) casting resin then fills the inside with motorcycle padding. Go to his channel and he shows exactly what the inside is made out of. Also, McCracker69 email him he does sell them. They are NOT cheap.

Cast plastic in a Silicone Mold. I would never recommend using these as safety equipment, that said, I am sure the airsoft pellet wont do anything... maybe a paint scuff at best.

The first helmet was a paper, fiberglass, body filler, clay, plastic layered master.  It was then molded using silicone, a cast was made, which was then detailed, and re-molded.
