  • The root cause of poor maternal resources, and the ratio of babies born to babies dying -- as the narrator indicated maternal and newborn health is not a priority in rural UP, survival is!! The Gates foundation will compound the problem if they address the newborn survival rates without addressing the resource issues of these communities.
