  • No living being should have to starve to lose weight. In the early part of the 1900's the main diet was whole grains, potatoes and vegetables / fruits. It was with the introduction of dairy & meat products that turned everything upside down and is the root cause of disease such as cancer / heart and auto-immune diseases. This current generation is in serious trouble... they will not out live their parents if these eating habits aren't reversed. Thank you Del Sroufe for speaking out!
