Your editing skills on the video part is fine. The timing of clips works well with the music. And I loved the part where Stryker is about to kill Spider-Man at 1:09.

I still must complain that you need to practice your audio editing skills, because the music drops in certain points. Plus, between 48-50, you should find that certain spot on the Incredible Hulk movie where Hulk roars, then segue it into the part where Ghost Rider puts up his flame wall.
Oh, and don't use IGN clips. Get Xilisoft Video Converter, and you can convert .mov files into .wmv and they can be used in Windows Movie Maker.
