I wonder the context and how serious she is. Most people are still addicted to the contradiction called conservatism, founded by Edmund Burke as a response to the French Revolution. It was a blend of market anarchism (his Vindication of Natural Society essay) and military socialism. But the military is the definition of socialism, deciding for you what and when you eat, sleep, work, kill, and let live. The two anti-poles make conservatism a catch-all or kill-all hypocrisy, not a philosophy.
