So the video can be no longer than 3minutes or 5minutes?? In other words what is the exact time limit on the vid?

I would like for it to be a 5 minute look, so if you do half your face, the other half should only take you under 3 minutes if you're doing a tutorial. You can always do a picture tutorial as well...if it's a few seconds over, I won't disqualify it. Hope you enter!!
