@EpikaDenU Yeah,especially when you fall and hurt yourself.Obviously landing hard already hurts enough.Plus if you slide when you land,it's gonna sting.I remember one time I was at my sister's graduation,and some old lady who could barely walk in the first place,tried to walk down the bleachers in gym,instead of just taking the steps.In the process,she ended up falling,hit me,and I was sent flying about 6 seats down.After that incident my back was sore for about a week.
