This was the moment I was introduced to Esperanza. Letterman can be a jerk at times but this man always bring some great new artists on his show. After this performance I was knocked out on the floor, went to Amazon and bought the CD. It was a breathe of fresh air. Now she's a Grammy winner. @babygurlmichiie you just proved @kewlasnguy to be right about his comment. first of all, if you were educated you would know that the word is "know" not "knoe" second Esperanza taught herself the violin and was concert master, she also knows the cello and viola. She's a professor of music, and I'm pretty sure that IS educated. Justin Bieber does what he does in his own way, and she does what she does in her own way. Leave it alone. It's Music. It doesn't have to be repetitive or annoying.

This was the moment I was introduced to Esperanza. Letterman can be a jerk at times but this man always bring some great new artists on his show. After this performance I was knocked out on the floor, went to Amazon and bought the CD. It was a breathe of fresh air. Now she's a Grammy winner. Well deserved, Congratulations Esperanza and keep making beautiful music. As for those immature Bieber fans, I'm not even going to acknowledge them if they're sending ugly messages to this talented artist

@cindy4u99: umm... jazz was the pop music from the 40's - 60's in much of the western world. going back further the roots of jazz are blues, the roots of which are the simple harmonic structure of the natural chord scale, which in turn is the foundation of all pop music, including bieber, prince, bach, and the sex pistols.
just as some literature is not for the masses, so some music is not for the masses. this is not because it sucks, but because the listener need learn more to appreciate it.
