  • Derrick Dargavell

  • WOW. powerful move

  • This is an start.

I think Gang attacks should be ended in general they don't care if is gay or straight as long as they hate it. Many of my friend who have been victim of gang member they have been for different reasons like "Wearing the wrong Color clothes", Been part of a different ethnic group or race to the member of the gang. Violence is increasing every day and there should be a law that can track all the gang members and their illegal activities more easily.

  • That was a stupid move on their part. First of all, business commuters between New York and Westchester County are already the types of people who are pro-gay rights, so nobody there needs convincing. Secondly, they could have scared some old person into a heart attack thinking it was a terrorist attack, this time using chemical warfare. Thirdly, with violent homophobic attacks by gangs in the Bronx and Staten Island, why choose Grand Central station in Manhattan to pull this little act?

  • @guarddog22 I read your respond and understand your answer, how ever movements like this make a difference in the media and the news papers. Is an awake up call to many mind who have been sleeping and keep supporting this attack to our community with silence. How ever This movement could be expanded more and include every one in the community.

  • @WarionexSabisaka Okay. I do understand media attention is always important, because a lot of "gaybashing" stories don't get enough attention in the press (although the gang attacks in the Bronx certainly are, surprisingly). It's just that I object to potentially frightening innocent non-homophobic people (especially those there with children) that there is a possible chemical attack going on (those of us who lived through 9-11 know how real those things are). But I respect your opinion.

  • @guarddog22 Because a lot of people pass through Grand Central station. They need to raise their voices. Being pro-gay rights is great. Are you speaking up? If not, please consider doing so. THAT's the reason for the action.

  • CIVIL RIGHTS NOWWWWW!!!!!, I LOVE IT

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR VIDEOING THIS!!! We were overwhelmed at the turn-out and I had no idea the "Die-In" was spread over such a wide area (thanks to your video for showing the above-view Terminal). Everyone falling to the floor together!!! The fact, that for many, this was their first act of civil disobedience en-masse was deeply moving. But the added fact that no one stood up when the police demanded us to takes it to another powerful level. THANK YOU! - Eugene (tall guy reading the names)

  • @EugLoven what part was the police bit?
