@PhoenixGoddess1983 I think it's pretty funny when Drew does that little chuckle before announcing the DSW...btw, why am I replying to myself...and please don't reply w/ a mean response like "because you're an f@#tard" or other horrible things like that...there's no need for meanness.
notice last year's Valentine's Day (perfect show and a DOB) this year Valentine's Day (Squeeze Play save a winless show and a 20-year old couple won BOTH SHOWCASES!)
My goodness, we have had a St. Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve, and now Valentine's Day DSW. Not too shabby. Wouldn't mind seeing another St. Patrick's Day DSW.
Now for a moment i thought it was gonna be an over for the showcase with the mazda miata (hint: its $23,911) but i glad to see a 3rd Largest DSW ever winning 3 cars!
And the second spinner in the second scsd after they lost, they moved the peg one space on their own after it stopped. Drew should have reset it back to where it actually stopped before the third spinner spun. That caused an SCSD tie, but I don't remember what the scores were, though the first spinner won the tie and were the runner-ups here.
There is definitely something going on here with these double showcase wins happening during special holiday episodes. Whether a coincidence or not, (hopefully it is a coincidence), it's taking away some of the luster away from a double showcase win.
I didn't watch (I have barely paid the show any attention because they should rename it The Price is Unbearable), but it almost seems fishy that they have DSW's on several of their holiday shows.
@wildbill0962 You know, last year there were DSWs on St. Patrick's Day and the July 4th special, and now this year there's Christmas Eve and Valentines Day!
@WayoshiM - Any Number should not have been lost. They were down to 0, 1 and 8 with the last digit of the stemware and the first digit of TDPB. That looked pretty obvious to me that it was 1 (0 to end the stemware, 8 in the pig)
How ironic that last year's Valentine's Day show had all games won but ended with a Double Overbid, and this year, only one win and a Double Showcase Winner.
Saw this one today, and you had to expect a DSW today with the lack of winning thereof throughout the show (no dollars either). Lately it seems the best bidding finds the special episodes like this. Good for them! Kinda wish you included the showcases on this one tho. =)
@CycloneGU Eh, you see the three cars at the end, other than that it was two trips and some watches. This was the ONLY memorable moment from this show, really.
@WayoshiM - Completely agree, this was the only highlight, period. The pricing games weren't memorable. As for the guy who said the guy gave away the car, he went with the odds and was wrong. Happens all the time.
that other guy was like "are you kidding me?"

On the first ever Valentine's day episode of the Price is Right in 1973, the champion also won three cars!

Hmm, giant Hershey kisses seem like nothing to me. I guess maybe living a two hour drive away from Hershey might have something to do with that... :P

God those couples were so stupid today. That one guy had that car won in the dice game and just gave it away.

@Hatterific I don't call going against 3:2 odds giving it away, honestly. I was surprised to see some of the audience gesturing higher too though.
