@Faythe13 I think that the music is best on how it progresses. As in Halo CE you (John-177) were just discovering the Halo ring and the flood, and you (you personally) were just being opened to the Halo universe. While in the other Halo's you had discovered halo, nothing new, and the flood, nothing new, but, humanity was on its last legs, it was right for the music to move to a more "depressing" stance. Especially Reach. Halo CE still had the most epic music though.

I always find myself coming back to the original halo soundtrack. Its not as techno-esque as the other games but more traditional and unique. I wished this style was seen in the progressing Halo games. Overall the music in this game was a lot more memorable than the others in my opinion.

@Faythe13 I agree wholeheartedly. I don't know if it was just me getting older and more used to the Halo game soundtracks or whether they actually got progressively less epic, but I feel much more for the original Halo soundtrack than any of the others.
