I'll tell you why you are a true idiot. the team didnt almost leave due to low attendance. the pens have the longest sell out streak in the nhl and that streak dates back to when the move was still up in the air. the team almost moved cuz the pens are paying outrageous rent on the oldest/worst arena in the league. just like any team, you move cuz u need a publicly funded arena. the pens got what they deserve, a brand new arena paid for by the state. get an education, you fuck

AGREED! I just went to a pens game last night but it was a ducks home game... i saw more pens fans than i did ducks fans, it was actually kind of sad because at one point the entire stadium was chanting "lets go pens!". not only is it pens fans, its steelers fans also that are EVERY WHERE. i honestly think pittsburgh fans are the most dominant of any sports city in america. fuck yeah lets go pens & steelers baby! city of champions.
