From what I can gather... It's the story of a 14 year old racer girl trying to blow up a guy on a couch with the help of bunch of racist stereotypes and character exaggerations that do thing that would make the mythbusters cry. In the end, she use a tactical nuke with the help of a robot puppet to throw it into the symbol of Ra (eye).
I need to bleach (regular, not anime) my brain after this.
