The plane is fine but thanks for your concern. The pilot IS my mechanic and it is the first flight after the 2008 annual. The engine is running very good, the camera microphone leaves something to be desired.

Have your mechanic listen to the soundtrack in this video.
My guess (after flying round engines for awhile) is that you've got a bad cylinder.
The worried look on the copilot is one possible hint something is going on up front.
