It kinda makes you wonder why there's no SPECIAL THEME MUSIC for Jin VS Tsubaki, but there a SPECIAL THEME MUSIC for Noel VS Tsubaki, when Tsubaki is closer to Jin than with Noel. Jin and Tsubaki are Childhood Friends for Pete's sake!

Well, since ArcSys described her as "One who wavers between Friendship and Duty", it suits her.

Tsubaki doesn't want to kill Jin and Noel, but it's her Duty, so she will.

In Jin's Arcade mode, if you watched it, Tsubaki begged Jin to return to the N.O.L, but Jin refused, saying he can't yet.

Besides, even if he DID return. Hazama STILL wants him dead. Since, Terumi wants Jin and Noel dead because of knowing his plans.

Probably from the way how the makers handle them, also BuruRaji conversations, also Continuum Shift conversation between the two of them involving lines such as "Please, look at me at least one last... no nevermind", and that they have a separate vs song that implies that they have a more then friend connection this way or the other (like we don't have Carl vs Tsubaki or Noel, even if they were friends and colleagues).

And finally, prove the opposite.

@NeroBlackheart666 It's a year late but I'm pretty sure I can say that they are more than friends but no, not romantic. More like bounded by Fate because when you think about it, Noel took Tsubaki's place in the world even though she wasn't supposed to exist. It's like what was supposed to be vs what is happening if you get what I mean. Old vs New.

Just like with Ragna and Jin which are destruction and order.
