Used a boot tied to a rope to throw over a branch today to get heli out of 25ft tree. Pull the rope stand under plane or heli to catch. LOL! video is reality.

Thanks for sharing, flying around objects is risky fun... the best fun! What are your thoughts on the dragon link system (thats what you use, right?). Is it reliable? My dx6i has shocking range and I am thinking about buying a dragon link system for fpv if its any good.

I try not to laugh at peoples accidents but boy ! some of yours are excellent if you can say that about accidents , Sorry but truth is I did laugh a bit. Its true that you do have an awkward landing area but that's just improved your pilot skills!

i've never had a FPV crash. maybe because i use a glider, not a "real" plane

Great video. Trees are such a bugger because you usually can't see the branches until you're in them, especially in winter when there are no leaves on the branches.
