I think that's a bit of an overstatement. Tool is a good band, but they're by no means the best band in the world, and this certainly isn't the greatest song. They just have a very distinct image that goes with their music, and a fairly unique theme, that seems to set them apart from similar bands, but it's hard to justify the statement that this is the greatest song. I'm not saying that your opinion is wrong, I'm just saying that it seems closed to other, less known music.
