They are most likely the dlc outfits. Just go into the psn store and download them. Each pack is free. Beside the dlc outfits, you can blunt 'kill' characters for their skins to play as.

Yes, you can use the biwa minstrel skin, be ready to hobble around until blade or onion is drawn then suddenly old man is the flash.

Blunt Kill and have the option unlocked. It's was either finish the game with a ending or part of the samurai points.

Just progress the story a little bit by visiting inklings. You can join a clan by going to them and asking to join. I don't think you can do anything about armor, but weapons, find a weapon you like & visit dojima to upgrade & improve. Be sure to pay him and save. He might mess up, breaak it, and still demand you pay him.

The most you can get is the different costumes & items to display on person. For weapons, I believe it was commissioning Dojima to make them. Personally, I'm a fan of joke weapons....The 'Green Onion of Death' was my weapon, next to my chainsaw. Serious weapon was a katana that had a powerful move that i spam'd alot. I don't remember the name.

He's your local friendly blacksmith....as long you pay him regardless of success or failure. He should be located around the town you begin in, just look for a cave or so.

Most are unlocked via samurai points, the rest (only a handful) are gained via DLC. The dlc are free.

Accessorries you buy from merchants

Start game on Hard or Instanst kill (More points), eat a radish, then leave. You'll get the title 'Vegitarian' and around 500 or more Sam Points.

On the outfits & heads, basically just get 10k samurai points. Easy way: Start game, eat a radish, & leave. You'll get Vegitarian rank. Do it over & over on the highest diff you can for max points.

Also Download all the dlc packs

For NPC skins, Blunt kill the npcs to unlock their skin.

If it's a PAL edition, check the EU PSN store. Those outfits probably were part of one of the three free dlc packs.

Lol, I thought everybody knows that?

1. Draw your sword or say "leave me alone" when peasants ask you in the beginning.

2. Fill you hp eating only radishes.

3. Leave Amana on Map/ RESET game

4.???

5. Profit!

This will give you a Vegetarian title, rinse and repeat process until you unlock higher difficulties. Once you get Instant Kill difficulty, play on that one as it gives more Samurai Points. The process above done on IK gives a whopping 1.4k Samurai Points.

@ellos34 You can do the vegetarian title, once you keep on going with the process explained by bloodraze555, you manage to get 10k. You earn more Samurai pts. by increasing the difficulty, once you enable Instant Kill mode, the process is much faster n' also you get more points added on without the villain pent. It takes about a good 10 min. and you should get 10k easily. Less work if I say so myself.

Well you could play forever as long you don't activate certain scenes. But if you try to get all the endings (bout 25-30) then quite a bit. So replayablity would depend on person. Be sure to download the free dlc packs.
