Charles, it is now been 16 months since this video was posted, so just wondering any updates? I heard the Castle was sold last Fall to some lady to make into a residence....was the pilot ever shot? I was hoping to be able to tour the house before the renovations began :(
I grew up in Cleveland and everytime my mother would take us up towards the lake she made sure to pass by the castle. I was always fascinated by its story and its beauty
I have lived in Cleveland my entire life! We (my dad, mom, my husband and me) visited Franklin Castle over 10 years ago! We took pictures of the outside. It was so cool to see it in person. It's beautiful, and elegant, yet mysterious. I would absolutely love to go in, have a look around, take pictures and conduct my own personal ghost hunt, with permission, of course. I would love to live in a haunted place. CharlesAtTheCastle, you are soooo lucky to have a piece of Cleveland history!
you should let the ghost hunters on the scifi channel investagte the house. I mean we know its haunted but I want to see what kind of crazy stuff happens.

What about the news articles stating the th eCastle was going to be auctioned off by the sheriff because of liens put on the house by 2 companies and the back taxes owed on the property? The articles also state that you do not own the house but are just living in the carriage house and pay the utility bills while the owner (Michelle Heimburger who lives in Canada) pays the property tax? Is there any truth to any of the info written in the article?

@lillybubba Thank You. It is cool and will very cool for all of Cleveland. You will be able to get a Really good look at the Castle through the TV show and Saturday afternoon Tours when the restoration is complete!!

NICE, I know Ghost Adventure was supposed to film there first episode at the Castle and Mr. Milsap wouldn’t let them. I guess this was why. I hope I can be one of the groups that get to investigate for filming.

@DeeJayGQRox, It will NOT be Ghost Adventures. We are doing our own show about the Castle restoration, with some ghost hunting in each episode. This video is a promo / trailer for the pilot of the New Show!!
thats some really cool shit.i ve been inside of the castle in the 80s.they use to give halloween tours of it.i cant wait until they restore it..i hope oneday to drive by it and catch a glimpse of something paranormal.
