It was set up in the sense that I knew exactly where to plant, as I had practiced it in private matches. Then went into a pub and landed it. Check out Grizz's tutorial on Berlin Wall, it's a part of his tomahawk challenge :D

@ThrtLvlMIDN1GHT Throwing a tomahawk isn't too much skill, theoretically it's as easy as lining up a regular X and Y axis shot, and determining the drop. Just like Sniping in games such as Battlefield Bad Company 2 (drop effect) the only difference with a tomahawk in COD, is you have to determine the map layout which isn't too difficult itself. Now what is skill in my opinion is a good clutch in S&D... a single tomahawk kill or even a tomahawk montage...not too impressive.
