Hands-on with the iCade mini arcade cabinet

I just picked one of these up for $40. from Bed Bath and Beyond on clearance and using a coupon. I also did a video on it.

There needs to be a lot more games that support this though. I'm a bit disappointed at how few games work with it.

iMADE myself one out of an old laptop and some foam board .... cost me 170 USD all in! 99USD better include an iPAD for that price!!!!

Is this only for iPad 2 or can you use it on ipad1

fun! i hope this inspires someone to make a more portable clip-on that allows you to play anywhere and maybe even other systems/companies. I'd love to play some TMNT or Megaman while on the subway.

Second generation of this has horizontal support and will work with the emulators you can install, so just wait for that.

I think what Icade is missing is a nice bezel around the ipad frame so it doesn't look so naked in the front.

Yes MAme does support Icade now.....but You can get a SF Stick /wiimote combo for $50 and built a cradle for your ipad 2 and you'lll get a better quality controller.

you know what would be awesome!! if they incorporated HDMI output, that way we can connect it to the HDTV and if we wanted to show everyone on the big screen!!

u can spend $25 on abetter wiimote streetfighter stick that works with all ipad and android tablet emulator and built a arcade around that. why spend $100 on a cheap knockoff.

no android support?? Android tablet has psx, snes, nes, emulators. Widowless front ruin the whole effect of the retro cabinet. For $100 that only plays Atari games is not worth the price.
