Yeah Jay this is really deceptive. I have seen it before with a slight variation to the third section roll. Instead of revolving the last section completely, turn them through 180 ( face up ) Then turn the two sections already rolled through 180 on top of these. ( whole deck now face up ) Then roll the whole deck over.
