LOL Lonovo is Full of it, How could you possibly Double battery life, just by switching the processing to a lower power chip.
Its the HD, Speakers, Fans, and Screen that take up 80% of the juice, sleeping Windows ans using a system on a chip can't magically make those components use less power.
