sa pque comelec laging cut-off like kahapon 8:30am palang.. 1thou lang daw ang in kasi di nila kaya i accommodate.. unfair sa amin ang lapit na namin sa pagkuha ng #.. tapos ganun pa.. ang aga namin dun 6:30 palang.. pila na daw dun ng 3am.. di organize grabe.. ang gulo nila.. dapat isuplong sila.. kulang ng tao at gamit.. ang liit ng venue.. haba pila..

para walang daya sa election 2010 tanggalin sa comelec si dir. tiofisto elnas ang peste ng comelec. siya ang sumisira sa image ng comelec. napakawalang kwentang tao. may crab mentallity pa ang gago.

why there is an increased INCIDENTS OF CRIMES LIKE ROBBERIES,AND KIDNAPPING IN ELECTION TIMES,THE COMELEC SHOULD TAKE NOTE ON IT TO PREVENT THOSE CRIMINALS TO RUN AND USE THE MONEY IN VOTE BUYINGS.

Not sooo fast! Comelec simply said it would investigate during post-qualification. Even Atty. Rafanan is perplexed-- why hide names and numbers at all? Later, in the technical round, Smartmatic did a switcheroo by presenting a different contract from the one it erased and blackened. This is way too much cloak and dagger for a supposedly legit company.

I saw this whole incident. Why didn't you post the entire video? I recall that in the end Comelec realized that their contract for the 2010 automation also had the same confidentiality provision. If we require confidentiality for their contract, shouldn't we also respect other countries' contracts? After all, its not your usual IT project. It's a country's election process they are talking about!
