the BDO is an absolute joke of a circuit. how mark webster & martin adams etc can call them selves world champion, when the real champions and big dogs are in the PDC. Martin adams wouldnt join the PDC because he knows in his head he would struggle in tournaments so takes the easy route and stays with the BDO where he can earn the money

i know what you guys are saying but i met martin adams this year in aberdeen he was the greatest guy in the world so nice he said he would never go to the pdc because of barry herin or whatever the guys name is he has his reasons but barney for me is better than taylor cause taylor knows he can beat everyone he is just going for a massive record now i hope one day there will be one world championship like before it was better that way

Martin Adams is very very anti PDC and hes already been to the PDC, but he done absolutely nothing of significance. He wouldn't do any better now as most of the BDO's top dogs from back then are in the PDC now anyway, so the field is even tougher than it was then and Wolfie got nowhere then.

Adams was also asked who is the greatest of all time and didn't say Phil Taylor cause hes a PDC player, so blinkered.

Nothing against him personally, but darts wise I'm not his biggest fan lets just say.

The BDO is a complete joke now. I think an average of 90 would get you the title, I think Wolfie knows his level which is why he stays there! I laugh at the fact the commentators for the BDO World championship never acknowledge the PDC or the players. Regarding Barney, it looks as though he's had a hair transplant since his early days LMAO.

Taylor is in incredible form at the moment. He's possibly throwing the best darts of his career. After all he has achieved, he could have allowed the recent decline to continue, but to come back and do what he's done since the turn of the year is unbelievable. There will never be another great like him.

but dont forget that adams became world champion AFTER raymond left the BDO!!! so adams can thank raymond that he left the BDO, otherwise he wouldnt be world champ i think, cause raymond was the dominant figure in the BDO.

and why is adams still in the BDO?? why he dont switch to PDC where taylor and barney and wade are the top players??! if adams want to compete with the big players then he has to switch to the PDC!!!

I completely agree man. I have always loved Barney and I am always genuinely delighted when he performs well and wins a tournament. I think one of the best ever sporting moments was when he defeated Phil Taylor to win the 2007 world championships. I am also a hugely keen darts player and seek to emulate Barney in my play (although i fail miserably as my friends will testify) haha great video and Barney's the man. A truly great sportsman and a great guy as well!
