i agree, no second hand I have #2 an #3 and can close #2 with no help, but # 3 is going to take another 6 months

How do you train with your grippers? Sets, reps, breaks, etc.

first i get it closed once, then when i close it the next time i try and hold it for as long as i can, eventually you can do reps, I also use the Ironmind rubber bands to stetch the hands the opposite direction.
