Haye, I don't believe he can beat any of the Klitschkos, and he's not a real HW, but he has good boxing skills and very fast hand speed, these are advantages over Arreola, Arreola probably much powerful on the othe hand.

Yes Haye has fast hands, but his chin is suspect and he's wold with his punches, he was knocked out by a very old cruiserweight and has only fought one Heavy in a very shopworn Monte Barret which proves nothing, Arreola has deceptive hand speed, he can take a punch, has power, puts on the pressure, and has underated boxing skills, these two should fight each other before fighting the klitchkos because neither of the two are ready, not sure if Haye will ever be

The black fighter is still the best fighter. Right now, the heavyweight division is looking weak so a guy like Arreola can take advantage of this opportunity.
Arreola is a great fighter, but he's not a Tyson or Ali. He does not have the sizzle that those guys have.
He needs to lose some weight; gain some muscles. De La Hoya has sizzle; Arreola does not.

@mrebay: Latinos fighters, mainly mexicans dominated the little man division of boxing. 110-135 weight classes. As you go up the weight scale, the fewer mexicans, latinos you see, unless they are the black latins. (Black cubans, Black Puerto Ricans) Mexicans are small people. Not really made for the power division.
The heavyweight division has gone down hill since Tyson left. It's just a bunch of overweight, over aged black guys. Easy pickings for chris and the europeans.

@mrebay: Answer: Because there's not much of a focus on the heavyweight division, that's why. The young, black heavyweights types are not coming into the sport at the moment. You see the guys that Arreola are fighting: older and out of shape blacks. No Tyson's or Ali's Types.
The action goes back and forth: When Ali was left the Heavyweight, the action shifted to Sugar Ray Leonard. When Leonard left, the action shifted towards Tyson and the Heavyweights. When Tyson left, Oscar was the King.

The focus in boxing right now is in the 135-154 weight classes. Mainly on Mayweather, Pacman, Berto, Cotto, Collazo, Mosley, Paul Williams and Cottley.
