It's strange seeing this map in a Kodachome related video, because the only roll of Kodachrome I ever used was sent off from Berlin about three days before the deadline!

I love it, some may say bad taste, but it is really wonderful! who cares about the spelling! I ve ranted that way myself sometimes about the loss of film vs digital world, but then again I went over to the darkside half way, I still shoot b&w film and digital.

Great video! As one who worked in Photography for over 50 years I mourn the loss of Kodachrome. But LOTS of mispelled words in this video!

The only alternative I can think of now is Fuji Velvia, whatever you think of it digital isn't a replacement for film that's for sure.

You can still have Kodachrome film developed at Dwyanes Photo in Parson, Kansas until Dec. 30 -noon. Your film can be delivered by Fed Ex, UPS, ect.. Call them toll free at : 800-522-3940

Great video, however you mispelled Dwyanes Photo as Dwayne. This outdoor photo developer booth is located in Parson, Kansas and will develop Kodachrome film unitl noon - December 30th. They are currently the only Kodachrome film developer in America.

Awesome video, though I thing "The Downfall" is more awesome on its own. A company tells its loyal Kodachrome customers (like me for 23 years) that 1% earnings isn't good enough to keep it. 1% earnings on Kodachrome is more than the digital business earnings they reported last year.... I bet a high percentage of those customers left for other products.

Kodachrome died and that was the day I sold my Kodak stock....at a huge loss.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the M8 when I finally got to play with one, Leica body but insides it's just electronics like any other expensive DSLR, let me know when Zeiss or Voigtlander make one because I'd sooner by a gold plated diamond encrusted Swatch.

This is really great! And it's even better when you compare the original German text to the subtitles.

Why's that?

Because Hitler (i.e. the actor) isn't talking about Kodachrome or any photographical matter, of course. But regarding the fact that he's talking about a *completely* different topic, the subtitles are pretty close to the original text - and that makes it even funnier when you understand both the spoken text and the subtitles.
