for me it sounds a bit ambient. it's weird not to mention the odd violin type synthesizer note choice. I hear some sharp dissonance.
Overall I found it a bit boring and rather avant-garde ambient than progressive though I don't know its genre.
Bit like a more well-composed, progressive Radiohead.
