a tip that people who never made cardboard armor should know... DONT USE A GLUE GUN!!! (unless there is velcro that every once in a while comes off so you add glue for halloween, thatsdiffrent) this guy got it right! used tape instead...

guys what you need is not cardboard but pepakura its a great computer software and if you need to scale it check out my channel
