I thought the information given was quite entertaining. One thing that wasnt mentioned was that the main contractors for the bridge were Dorman Long Ltd and Cleveland Bridge Company. The bridge itself is a copy of New York Citys Hell Gate Bridge. Dorman Long also built the Tyne Bridge connecting Gateshead and Newcastle across the River Tyne and if you happen to see a picture of it youll recognize the similarities immediately

i couldn't imagine sydney with any of those other proposed bridges at end of this documentary! sydney would be a little less pretty if it wasn't for this Arched-Bridge! its about the only right thing the government has every done in sydney! NSW government is shit!!
